2020 D'leaps is founded The studio opens in L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, with a fixed-timeline promise and an in-house modular approach.
2021 Client portal launched Live project tracking goes live at client.dleaps.com - daily site photos, BOQs, 3D approvals and invoices in one login.
2022 100 homes delivered The hundredth home is handed over, each on a written completion date.
2023 Coverage across two states Projects delivered across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, including Tirupati, Warangal and Vijayawada, run from the Hyderabad studio.
2024 Experience centre expanded The L.B. Nagar experience centre grows so clients can see and feel materials and finishes in person before choosing.
2025 130+ homes delivered More than 250 homes completed since 2020, backed by lifetime warranty on modular work and two years of free service.
