What does it cost to do up a home in Hyderabad?

D'leaps publishes its per-square-foot rates rather than quoting blind, and the cost calculator turns a home size into a range in a few seconds.

At consultation that range becomes an itemised BOQ, with material brand, grade, finish and quantity on every line. It is never a lump sum, because a lump sum cannot be compared against anyone else's quote.

How long does a full home take?

The completion date is committed in writing before you sign rather than left open-ended, and it is set against your actual scope after the site measurement.

Once work starts, the schedule sits in Studio OS and you follow it on the client portal with daily site photographs, so a slip is visible to you at the same moment it is visible to the studio.

What is in the warranty?

Modular kitchen and wardrobe work carries a lifetime warranty, and every project gets two years of free service after handover.

D'leaps Care publishes the whole thing, including what it does not cover and what replacement parts are billed at. A warranty is only worth reading when the exclusions are published with it.

How is D'leaps different from Livspace, HomeLane or Decorpot?

D'leaps is a design company rather than a marketplace: the design, the manufacture and the site work are delivered by the studio itself, so one party is answerable for the result.

The difference a client feels is the record. Scope, materials by brand and grade, the completion date and the warranty are committed in the system before work starts, and the client watches the project against that record on their own portal.

Can I track my own project?

Yes. Every client gets a private login to the client portal and follows the project live: daily site photographs, 3D designs, BOQs, task status and stage-wise invoices, from any device.

That is possible because the studio runs on its own system, D'leaps Studio OS, where the quote, the change order and the delivery date are one record rather than three separate conversations.

What materials and brands do you use?

Materials are specified line by line and written into the BOQ with brand, grade and finish, so nothing is left to be settled on site. Board and hardware are chosen for the job, because a wet kitchen carcass and a bedroom wardrobe are not the same specification.

The studio and experience centre at L.B. Nagar exists for this question. You can handle the boards, shutters, hardware and finishes in person before anything is chosen.

Is the consultation really free?

The design consultation, the site measurement, the 3D design and the itemised estimate are free and unconditional, all year. That is how the studio works, not a promotion.

Any time-limited campaign is published separately with its own closing date, so nothing on this page expires.

Can you check whether my flat is Vastu compliant?

Yes, and it is free. You upload your floor plan, mark where ten placements sit on a compass, and get a weighted score with every placement judged and a remedy for each one that needs attention.

The remedies are deliberately interior-led - which way the hob faces, where storage mass sits, how the north-east is lit - because a finished flat cannot be re-planned.

Reading a floor plan is a separate job

Veeha answers questions. It does not read drawings. If what you want is your own plan checked - which way the door faces, where the kitchen sits, whether the centre of the plan is carrying something it should not - that has its own tool, and it is free.
