Step 1 - Consultation
We listen first - your space, how your family lives, your budget and the date you want to move in. You leave with a clear, signed design brief, not a vague quote.
Step 2 - 3D Design
Every room is designed in photoreal 3D. You walk through your home before a single panel is cut, and we refine it together until it is exactly right.
Step 3 - 2D Drawings and BOQ
Working drawings and an itemised bill of quantities fix your scope and cost in writing. What you approve is what you pay.
Step 4 - Production
Your modular units are precision-built on our production line to the approved drawings - machine-cut, edge-banded and quality-checked before anything leaves the floor.
Step 5 - Installation
Our own site team fits out your home phase by phase - civil, ceiling and electrical first, then modular, then finishes. You sign off room by room.
Step 6 - Handover
A snag-free handover with your keys, a lifetime warranty on the modular carcass and hardware, and two years of free scheduled service.
How payment works
Milestone-based, tied to real stages: 10% to begin design, 40% to release production, 45% at installation, and the final 5% only after a snag-free handover.
Questions about the process
How long does a full home interior take?
Most full-home projects run about 45 days of committed execution once your designs and BOQ are signed off. Your exact date is fixed in writing before work begins.
What if the timeline slips?
Your completion date is committed in writing. Because every phase is gated by sign-off and you get live updates on the client portal, a slip is visible to you as it happens rather than at the end.
Can I make changes after the design is approved?
Yes, up to the design freeze at step three - that is what the 3D stage is for, and revisions there cost nothing. After the BOQ is signed and production has started, a change is a written variation with its own cost and time, agreed by you before it is made.

We are headquartered in L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad with a branch in Tirupati, and take projects across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
