From the day we hand over your keys, our team keeps your interiors working. For 24 months you never pay for our time, our travel, or our labour. If a part has to be replaced you pay for the part, at what it costs us, with the supplier invoice attached and nothing added to it.

Does D'leaps Care cost anything?
No. It is included with every home we hand over - there is nothing to buy and nothing to activate. Cover runs for 24 months from your handover date.
What do I actually pay for?
Only replacement parts, and only at what the supplier charges us. We show you the invoice and add nothing to it. Labour, travel inside Hyderabad, and diagnosis are free for the full two years.
Is there a limit on the number of visits?
No. There is no cap on requests during the cover period, and we also come out once a year without being asked for an annual health check.
What is not covered?
Impact damage, water ingress, termites, work done by another vendor, appliances under their own brand warranty, and civil or plumbing work we did not execute. The full list is published on this page.
Does the cover transfer if I sell the home?
Yes. Cover is tied to the home rather than the owner, so it carries over if the property changes hands inside the two years.
