A smaller budget doesn't mean a worse home — it means sharper priorities. We put the money where you touch it every day: a solid kitchen, good wardrobes and clean lighting, in hard-wearing materials that look far above their price. Then we're honest about what to skip for now and what can be added later. Every choice is a visible line in your BOQ, so nothing hides.
What's included
- Priority planning — the high-impact items first, phased add-ons noted for later
- Value materials that wear well — quality laminates, BWR ply, practical finishes
- Kitchen, wardrobes and lighting done properly before decorative extras
- A transparent, itemised BOQ so you can trim knowingly, not blindly
- The same fixed timeline and warranty — budget doesn't mean lower standards
- A clear "phase 2" list so the home can grow with you
What it costs
As a planning anchor, essential interiors for a 2BHK in Hyderabad can start from roughly ₹4–6 lakh and a 3BHK from around ₹6–9 lakh for a sensible, hard-wearing scope — moving up with finishes and extras. We'll build a BOQ to your number and tell you honestly what it does and doesn't cover.

Common questions
Where should I spend and where can I save on a budget?
Spend on the kitchen, wardrobes and lighting — the things you use daily and can't easily redo. Save on decorative panelling, feature walls and loose décor, which can be added later without tearing anything out. We flag each item as essential or optional.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the number and we design to it, building the BOQ up so you can see exactly what fits. If your wish-list exceeds the budget, we show you the trade-offs rather than quietly cutting quality.
Does a lower budget mean lower-quality materials?
It means fewer premium finishes, not unsafe ones. We still use BWR ply and proper hardware where it matters — the structural quality stays; the difference shows in shutter finishes and decorative extras.
