Commercial interiors live or die on two things: how the space functions when it's full, and whether it opens on the date you promised your own customers. We design workspaces, clinics, cafés and retail around real workflows — footfall, storage, acoustics, power and the first impression at the door — and run the fit-out on the same fixed-timeline discipline as our homes, because a delayed opening costs you revenue.
What's included
- Space planning around headcount, workflow, footfall and future growth
- Workstations, cabins, meeting rooms and reception, or clinic/retail-specific layouts
- Electrical, data, HVAC coordination and acoustics planned in, not patched on
- Branding worked into the space — colours, signage zones, reception feature
- Durable, commercial-grade materials that survive daily use
- A written completion date so your launch or move-in can be planned
What it costs
Commercial fit-outs are quoted per project because scope varies so widely — a clinic, a 20-seat office and a café share almost nothing. We price per sq ft against a defined scope and give you a BOQ you can take to your own stakeholders. Timelines typically run 60–120 days depending on size.

Common questions
Do you handle clinic and café fit-outs, not just offices?
Yes — dental and medical clinics, cafés, salons and retail are all within scope. Each has its own rules (hygiene zones, wet areas, footfall flow), and we design to them rather than treating every commercial space the same.
Can you work around our operating hours?
For refits of a running business we can phase the work and use evenings or weekends for the disruptive stages, so you keep trading. We plan the sequence with you before we start.
How do you keep a commercial project on schedule?
The same way we do for homes: a locked BOQ, approved drawings before work starts, factory-made joinery in parallel with site work, and a written completion date. For a business, that date is the whole point.
