What it costs
Space planning is part of our design process rather than a separate rate-card item for full-home clients — it's where the project starts. For standalone layout consulting, we scope it to the size of the home. Either way, getting the plan right up front is the cheapest thing you'll do; changing it after installation is the most expensive.

What is space planning and why does it matter?
It's the layout stage — deciding where everything goes and how you move through the home — done in 3D before any material is ordered. It matters because layout mistakes are the ones you can't fix later without ripping work out. We settle them on screen first.
Can you improve the layout of an existing home?
Yes. For renovations we re-plan the space around how you actually live now, often unlocking storage and light that the original builder layout wasted, without necessarily moving walls.
Do I get to see the layout before work starts?
Always. You walk through a 3D model of every room and sign it off — the plan you approve is the home we build. Changes are cheap at this stage and easy to make.
